In such a competitive industry, making reservations and planning an internal workflow system are common needs. The conventional way of doing it would be to either record the reservation through calling or writing, which can be really tedious. However, majority will tend to ask, why is there a need for a iScheduler?
- Firstly, with an iScheduler, information can now be shared across various people or departments within a company in real time, minimising miscommunication.
- Secondly, it will create a need for the staff to update the iScheduler when reservations are made and will also create a database for the company.
Basically, there are 2 types of iSchedulers, the Web-based Scheduler and the In-house Scheduler. The Web-based Scheduler, is an appointment schedule designed for the company to be shown externally to the public, whereas the In-house Scheduler, is meant for internal usage within a company.
