Term & Conditions

  • Registration fee and one month deposit are payable upon registration.
  • All fees must be paid either by NETS / Cheques on the 1st of each month. Cheques must be crossed and made payable to “GRACELAND STUDENT CARE PTE LTD”. You can also opt for GIRO.
  • I understand that all monies paid are not refundable. Written notice of withdrawal must be given within the 1st to 5th of the calendar month. The deposit paid will then be used to offset the last month’s fee. Failing which, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • I understand that during school holiday in March, June, September and November/December and during other school closure, I have to pay a surcharge if my child attends more than six hours at the Centre. I also understand that should I decide to take my child away for a holiday or for other reasons, the basic fee is still payable.
  • The Centre’s operating hours is from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm from Monday – Friday. Parents are required to fetch their child from the Centre punctually.
  • Our Centre closes on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and up to 5 days of the year as decided by the Centre.
    (This privilege is granted by Ministry Of Community, Youth and Sports).
  • I further undertake to inform the centre of any change(s) to any of the particulars.
  • Students are required to purchase a centre T-shirt. Students are to put on the T-shirt during P.E and excursions.
  • Students are required to obey the Centre’s rules, attend classes and activities according to the schedule prescribed by the Centre.
  • I hereby give my consent for my child to participate in all outdoor/indoor activities including outings organized by Graceland Student Care Pte Ltd, its volunteers or other organizations during the period that my child is attending your program.
  • I understand that all outing fees are borne by parents.
  • I understand that the Centre’s staff, its volunteers and other organizations will give reasonable care and service to my child. I shall not have any claims or hold you or your organizers responsible in respect of any injury or mishap arising from or out of such activities whether through the default of negligence or otherwise of yourself or the said organizers.
  • I understand that the Centre's will record my child work to be used for media and academic release. I hereby agree to use my child's photograph, written work and voice in academic works, brochures, video or other promotional materials.
  • I further understand that the terms and conditions are subject to changes at the management’s discretions and without prior notice.

  • I have read through and accept the terms and conditions stated above. I also understand that all fees paid including deposit are not refundable.
