Queuing & Reservation

What is it?

It is a queue management system that accepts request to obtain a queue number via SMS. Furthermore the system has the ability to send SMS reminders to customers when their queue number is about to be served.

It is a tool for queue control and provides information about the last queue number issued, current queue number being served, as well as the estimated time a queue number will be served.


How does it work?

  1. Customers send SMS to get a queue number.
  2. Upon receiving the SMS request, the system will automatically allocate and reply with a queue no. and indicate the estimated time that queue number will be served.
  3. Customers can then relax at home or enjoy shopping while waiting for their turn.
  4. When the queue number is about to be served, say 3 more queues to go before it is up, the system will send an SMS reminder to the customer to get ready.

Queue control and management for:

  • Clinics, medical centers, laboratories, hospitals.
  • Customer service counters.
  • Restaurants.
  • Ticketing.
  • Registration and application.
  • Queuing for appointments/meetings.

What are the main features and functions?

  • Ability to issue queue number to walk-in customers so that they are included in the same queuing system to receive SMS reminder.
  • Allows customers who have missed their turn to be interposed into the queue so that they need not get a new number and queue up all over again.
  • Keeps a record of "no-show".
  • Can compose and send SMS message in different languages.
  • System can respond to customers’ SMS inquiry on the current queue number being served.
