Skimz Media 01™ is a complete reactor media which contains pure calcium carbonate, strontium and trace elements. It consist of a 50:50 blend of aragonite and fossil skeleton providing essential carbonates, calcium and high levels of minerals for the growth and development of stony corals, especially acropora, montiporas, pocilloporas, styloporas and seriatoporas.

Skimz Media 01™ grain size of 3 - 5mm allows for unrestricted water flow and easy diffusion of carbon dioxide. It has a low carbon dioxide consumption, making it an extremely efficient reactor media.
