Building and Civil Engineering
One of our main services in HFS is Building and Civil engineering. We have completed a few major PARK CONNECTORS (D8), LINKWAYS, COASTAL BOARWALKS and PARKS for Town Council, Housing Development Board, Urban Redevelopment Authority and National Parks Board. We specialized in design and build of park connectors as well.
As the landscape contracting has evolved from mere installation of softscape to more complicated civil engineering works, we have the experience in providing piling jobs, structural retaining walls, slope retention works, seawall repair, shelters, fishing platforms, moats, cycling and jogging tracks, ponds, waterways crossings, timber and metal works.
Landscape Construction and Installations
Through our 28 long years of experience in the local landscape industry, we have the resources and knowledge of providing standard and specialized landscape construction and installation. Because of our knowledge of both local and foreign markets, we have the capability of providing the best material available. We have the expertise in providing in the landscape project specialized requirements like GFRC, simulated timber, customized resin furniture, fiberglass fabricated items and stone mural walls.
Landscape Maintenance
For over 20 over years of experience in providing landscape maintenance services, we have mastered the art of maintenance and have been the term contractor for well-known institutions like Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 internal and external landscape, Singapore Science Park I and II, Singapore General Hospital, Nanyang Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, International Business Park, National Technological University, Heritage View condominium, Park Oasis condominium, Summerhill condominium, Bukit Merah HDB estate, HDB center and HDB Hub just to name a few.
Sky garden or Roof Garden Design, Construction and Installation
Affiliated with a well- renowned Green Roof company in Germany, we have the experience and knowledge to build, design and install Green Roof system in either sky rise building or roof garden. Some of the very recently completed projects were Fusionopolis @ one-north, Punggol HDB green roof pilot project, Sengkang and Toa Payoh MSCP (Multi-Storey Car Park) roof garden.
Green Wall Design, Construction and installation
The biggest and the most successful construction and installation to date is the Green Wall at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 with an area of 5,400 square meters and the Fusionopolis Ribbon wall @ One-North. Both completed in 2008, these Green Walls stand out as one of the main landscape attraction at both establishments.
Water Feature / Koi pond Design, Construction and Installation
Affiliated with a local M&E contractor who specialized in water features, Koi ponds and other related mechanical and electrical works, we have the resources and knowledge to build, design and install any requirement under this service. Recently completed project is the Water Feature and Koi pond at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3.
Consultation service
Consultation services will be provided by our ISA certified arborists and horticulturists as part of our landscape maintenance and installation expertise. The following will be provided:
- Tree Nutrition and Fertilization
- Tree Support and Protection system
- Tree Health Care
- Tree Risk Assessment
- Installation and Establishment
- Tree Pruning etc
- Pest and diseases outbreak in shrubs and trees
- Introduction of organic fertilizers and their importance
- Improve inheritance of soil
- Soil based nutrient management
- Plant based nutrient management
We do ornamental plants and floral display for events. Our display is well known for plant selection
We provide " Integrated Pest and Disease Management" to control and prevent reaccurance of Pest and Disease out break in Landscape Plants and Trees.
Ornamental Event Display
We provide a wide variety of ornamental event display for any special occasions. Recently completed displays were:
- Deepavali display - Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3
- Christmas display – Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3
- Chinese New Year display - Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3
We have also taken part in the National Day Parade ornamental decoration in 1993.
Other Services
We have the experience and knowledge in advance growing and acclimatization procedures for interior planting. With our experience in high rise planting and sky gardens landscaping works, we have the know-how, training and the background in planning, management and coordination for this type of requirement.
